That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. Still haven't heard anything and don't have my rebate card. Tl dr: Verizon was supposed to give me a Visa gift card on 9/2/17, on 8/25 they said there was a problem with my rebate, on 8/26 they told me they would escalate my case and I should have my Visa gift card within 10 days.
